‘The Quigley Brothers’, a chapter from my book All The Dead Voices, has just been published on the Shared Troubles website .
In it I write about the death of my best friend Jimmy Quigley [pictured left, at a wedding in 1971], an IRA Volunteer, who died in a gun battle with the British army in Albert Street, Belfast, on 29th September, 1972.
